5.  YOU HAVE MADE US OWNERS, of the noise/ the traffic, and its consequences/ the dust and other pollutants/ the devaluation of personal property; because now, this city and this community at large, is an industrial park for your purposes and desire/ RATHER THAN a peaceful residence for anyone, as has been the entire existence, of this community and its purpose throughout time.  THAT MEANS you have taken control over property that does not belong to you.  And sought to deliberately control and distort, the lives therein.
6. There is NO assertion or association of “we pay property taxes”/ BECAUSE the end result of turning the community into an industrial site is: that all property will be devalued accordingly.  And that devaluation is likely to be, over fifty percent within five years; BECAUSE no one wants to live in the middle of an industrial site.  Not the people here/ not the potential people who might buy, as houses are left vacant. Not the children you have endangered with a minimum of 1200 more semi-trucks in the streets; (all in a hurry, and consistently tired) just to fill this one million bushel bin.
7.  The additional increase of noise beyond the limits of what is known to be consistent with permanent ear damage.  Noise proven; to have done me great harm in the past/ and now inflicted on everyone close by.  Noise known to contribute to tinnitus, and can end in deafness/ the end result “can’t work/ can’t travel/ can’t live a normal life/ can’t earn a living, by standard methods.  Which means families destroyed, peoples life disrupted and disabled forever.  Are all realities dependent upon the specific frequencies involved.  And the duration of the noise.  In this case six months or more, out of every year.  And this intent to control the community is not done.  Because to take in this amount more in grain requires additional drying facilities/ which means even more noise, dust, traffic and pollutants; including the molds that cause and contribute to emphysema, asthma, various neurological disorders (trapped/ and can’t get out), and more. The addition of many new faces for work/ because the noise and other pollutants will make it an undesirable job, for every worker; every citizen here.
8.  The alterations to communities beyond this one is noted: as the facts plainly demand/ these machines cannot be filled with or by the community at large that has been the sole means of its purpose, as a grain elevator operating within the area.  With the addition of massive increases in storage, the intent is absolutely clear to cause and demand by pricing, or other; to monopolize and gain control over the area. Thereby shutting down any and all small business as can be affected; so as to control the money for themselves.  Subjecting this community to the damage and disgrace of greed: “we care nothing, about you”.  While deliberately stripping or intending to strip away the property taxes necessary for others/ taking their jobs/ and destroying their ways of life, for nothing more than “look at me/ the failures, of a fool”.

9.  The foundation of association between this business and community is: that you will service our needs/ and in doing so we will tolerate what is necessary for that reality to be true.  This foundation is now corrupted with the intent to assemble and create business from outside the area/ so as to become an industry rather than a form of community support.  At our expense!   BECAUSE, this cannot be done without sacrificing the community itself, for these purposes.  CANNOT be done, without sacrificing the property values/ residential lifestyle/ or peace, harmony, and safety of the people who live here:   WHO DID NOT SAY, go ahead and rape our lives for your greed.
10.  The creation of “product going in, means: product going out”/ which identifies either far more trucks and trains MUST be used within the environment called “our homes”;   our lives;   our existence within this world. 1200 more trucks today for this one bin coming in/ means the equivalent of 1200 more trucks going out.  There are consequences to that as well/ and a consistency that means the realities of fall harvest will not end.  NOT for many months longer than in the past/ NOT the noise/ NOT the dust/ everything HAS been multiplied to prove not a residential community anymore.  Soon to be;  A dirty town, where none choose to live because they want to.
11.  At a base minimum: WE WANT TO BE PAID PERSONALLY, for this invasion of our lives without merit. WE WANT EVERY SINGLE PENNY RETURNED FROM THE DEVALUATION OF PROPERTY, that you caused, that you decided to bring to these our lives.  WE WANT THE CHANGE YOU CHOSE TO BRING, to our way of life, the price required of us to now survive in a new and different way to be repaired or WE EXPECT MONEY:  In the sums necessary to prove this now has value to us/ INSTEAD of just you!  Every single person, according to the measure you have changed or affected their lives.  With clear and absolute future legal opportunities for the adjustment, of “damage done”/ as the accumulation of effects begins or continues to grow.
12.  As to me personally:   you have already caused me to know, that I will not be living here by fall of next year.  Robbing me of an inheritance that is rightfully mine, because of the noise that is now multiplied. That however is a price assembled largely from the past/ BUT changed and NOW controlled:   by the consequence of your choices in this day.  The net result is, as noise has in the past only barely been tolerable for my life here;  and now no longer is. My own choice ends/ it is no longer an option to stay or consider staying, or tolerate the noise that must be tolerated in any year, from this point forward.  You stole that option/ by changing my environment, and trespassing over the line: to invade my world further with your greed and purpose of monopoly over the surrounding communities.

  That I will consider simply moving without further claim or legal action: is real.  Because I have no desire for further courtrooms.  I am involved in three additional courtroom battles at this time, and need NO other distractions for my life.  Keeping this out of court.  NOT expanding it further to include a greater base of “class action” pursuant to “we have rights too”.  Is dependent upon you!  ONLY IF YOU DO AVOID ALL EXCESS NOISE FOR THE REST OF THIS YEAR/ until next fall, and no sooner than the third week of September.  So that I can finish my work here, and make the necessary preparations for leaving, forever.  Your choice/ has become my reality: not fair!  The consequence is a legal battle if you refuse.  Just so you know, “I DON’T mean, well just a little more today, etc”/ I DO mean all excess noise, as is particularly consistent with your new bin. It is absolutely clear, this machine need not run in this time frame, required of you. and any other excessive or constant extreme of noise such as would again drive me from my chosen place of housing.

If you believe you can hide in the assumption: “I am free, and can do anything I damn well please”.  I remind you deliberately: although your decisions are strictly for your own greed and purposes completely selfish.  The reality is YOUR DECISION HAS AFFECTED “OUR LIVES”!  Your decision, nor your freedom to make decisions, for yourself: is consistent with justice for us, or for me.  In a courtroom of law, we stand as equals; because the law is said to decide/ NOT the judge, beyond limits of what is fair and true.  Within the reality of justice:  you may only do as a freedom, “those things which affect only you”/ NOT me or us.  Contrary to the endless lies of “the wealthy”/ the constitution gives NO ALLOWANCE for greed, or control, or enslavement, or business to run the world.  Instead it calls upon this entire nation to defend itself, for the purposes of life for this nation and its “we the people” must come first clause;  before any or all other considerations.  That includes greed, power to inflict, or the pride which says, “I alone, will choose”.  The law is simple: the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects.....  Shall not be violated!  That includes unwarranted seizures of property through environmental causes, pollutants,  or other consequences. That includes NOT devaluing my life, my inheritance, property, or community by intentional misuse of a trust, to work with us, to participate in all: “our best interest as a community decisions”/ not just yours.   That includes unnecessary searches; as portrayed by the effects of intending to invade/ monopolize/ and change the surrounding communities by disrupting their businesses and tax base.
